Growing up in Singapore I studied body work, NLP and got my mastership in Energy work. Massage has always been a part of healing in all of the three main Asian cultural influences in Singapore. They are very old, world cultures where massage and herbal medicine has been practiced for centuries. The three cultures are Chinese, Indian and Malay influences that make up the majority of the Singapore culture.
I was drawn to how the mind and body are so connected and taught at the Academy of Success giving motivational talks with a holistic foundation. When I moved to San Francisco in 1996 I started doing energetic counseling teaching the importance of healing from within. Due to the hectic lifestyles that we now live with, I believe that body work has a vital importance in the healing ability it gives us, allowing the body and mind to heal as one. In my work I look to balance the client releasing stress that hinders us from living a healthier life.
