Empowerment
Every now and then we come across a hurdle that holds us back from our true growth and empowerment. Using a very gentle approach we can diffuse the trauma that holds us back. In each of us is a potential for growth. As an empath I can help facilitate that growth in an environment where you can grow at your own speed and take with you the tools that will help you continue on your path of empowerment. The EFT/NLP sessions are in fact a workshop for your personal growth.
What I Do
As an intuitive, I take into account the whole person, considering a clients sensitivities and lifestyles before treatment. Using a combination of eastern and western philosophies and techniques, my aim is to encourage the body to a state of flexibility and health. By reeducating the muscles we can release restrictions within the joints and improve movement, posture and well-being.
